Complete Intake Form
Fill out the intake form on our website with your relevant information. Upon submission you will receive a confirmation email for your records.
Initial Contact and Case Evaluation
Expect a phone call from a representative or attorney for an initial interview. They will assess the details of your case to decide on its acceptance.
Case Accepted
If case is accepted documents requiring wet signatures will be mailed to you. Sign and return the documents as instructed as soon as possible.
Documentation Received
Once all required documents are received the filing and/or appeal process will commence. Any C & P appointments that are scheduled must be attended.
Decision
Wait for the disability decision from the VA. Ratings may arrive at different times for each claim. While we acknowledge the variability in timelines and outcomes for each case, our main goal is to efficiently and effectively complete the process and get you the maximum benefit.
